Dirty kitchen surfaces and ineffective WiFi during stay.

Great parking value, but communication was frustrating.

if you enjoy old, outdated furniture and an electric stove with one burner broken, this is your place. waited all week for maintenance but received nothing. i mean, the towels never changed! a little treat like a welcome gift would’ve been nice, but that would’ve meant getting some actual VIP treatment, which I didn’t get.

i was very dissapointed with my stay at this so-called hotel. the kitchen was disgustingly dirty, not to mention the bathroom was tiny, and inadequate cleaning products were provided—absolutely unthinkable! i also expected a welcome gift for my troubles but just didn’t get it. how hard is it to make a guest feel special?

The location is fantastic, just a block from the beach and near a zoo and various restaurants. The one-bedroom apartment offered a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable king bed. There were ample beach supplies for our kids, which was great. We also enjoyed using the pool and BBQ facilities. The on-site management was helpful and responsive.

Amazing location just a block from Waikiki Beach! Our one-bedroom apartment was spacious, featuring a comfy king bed and a fully stocked kitchen. With free parking, easy access to shops, and excellent amenities for families, it was a fantastic value for our stay. The on-site management was also a plus for guidance. Would definitely return!

Well-stocked kitchens, outdoor BBQ facilities, ocean-view rooms

The check-in process was quite ineffective!!! Not enough staff on-site to assist guests, and elevator wait times could extend for ages!!! There's a parking garage limit on vehicle size which was a hassle for us!!!

During my stay, I faced significant communication issues, struggling to reach the office for essential information like the unit number and key code. The unit itself, while nice, had a few maintenance problems that disrupted our comfort. Unfortunately, some of the furniture was old and in poor condition, making it less enjoyable to relax in the apartment.

We enjoyed our stay primarily to relax and soak up the sun. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach, and having on-site parking was a significant convenience for our family. Our one-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for the kids. We loved the provided beach gear, which made our outings even more enjoyable.

Location was a total win , just a block from Waikiki beach. Loved the free parking and all the beach gear they provided. Super spacious kitchen and great views from the balcony!

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

It was just a solid selection for an overnight stop in Honolulu and great for the money. I loved having easy access to a fully equipped kitchen to whip up some quick meals after a day out. Check for parking restrictions before arriving, especially if you're driving a larger vehicle.

Spacious apartment, convenient amenities, with free Wi-Fi in rooms and easy access to an outdoor swimming pool made our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

Everything was as expected.
