A warm welcome from delightful staff. the room was cozy, providing all essentials for a pleasant stay. We indulged in a delightful evening by the enchanting cast iron wood-burning heater, savoring a bottle of red and delicious food. Free street parking was a cherry on top!

The hotel's location was spot on for our needs. With a tram stop right outside and the university nearby, it was super convenient. the rooms were clean and comfy, with those lovely big windows letting in lots of light. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. great value for money!

The location was spot-on for my needs, close to transport and Melbourne University - perfect for getting around and attending work meetings. the room had great natural light, and the comfy bed was a dream! I also loved the high-quality Leif products in the bathroom. the only small thing was that street noise could be a bit noticeable, so light sleepers may wanna bring earplugs – but nothing that ruined my good vibes! 🌟
