This hotel is in an amazing location, just steps away from the beach. It's perfect for beach lovers who want to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I particularly loved having a balcony where I could soak up the sun and enjoy the sea breeze.

Some occasional noise from nearby establishments, but it wasn't a major issue.

Great location with stunning views of the ocean and sunsets. the friendly staff provided excellent service, bringing food and drinks to our room and always being helpful. Our balcony was spacious and comfortable. Street parking was convenient and available each time we needed it.

Some aspects of our stay needed attention. the balcony doors could not be locked and the fire alarm went off twice during the night.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was right across the road from the beach. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to the beach in just a few steps. Additionally, we were pleased to find out that it was very close to the nightclub, which made our nights entertaining. The room we stayed in had a great view of the sunset, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were quite small and lacked space for our suitcases, which made it a bit inconvenient for a longer stay.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel on the beach. The location was incredible, with gorgeous ocean views. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was comfortable and the bed was really comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the small refund I received when I raised the issue of noise from construction work happening outside the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing location and friendly staff.

Located across from the beach, with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Friendly service at reception. Room had a nice palm tree view, good shower temperature and pressure, and quality soaps. Reasonable price compared to other options in the area.

Couldn't stay longer.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, with the beach just across the road and plenty of cafes and restaurants in close proximity. Guests have mentioned the convenience of being able to walk to these attractions from the hotel. The rooms are well-appointed with nice linen and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained.

Some guests have mentioned that the hotel can be noisy, which may be a downside for those seeking a quieter stay.

Had a great Xmas stay at this hotel! The linen was nice and the bathroom was well appointed. The location couldn't have been better, right across from the beach. We also enjoyed the good-sized balcony with a view. a lovely short stay.

There were a couple of things we didn't love about this hotel. The pillows were super hard, not very comfortable.

loved my recent stay in perth! cottesloe beach exceeded my expectations with its amazing ocean view and helpful staff. the private balcony was perfect for enjoying the sunset. highly recommend for families with kids - safe and fun for them to play.
