Upon arrival, I discovered a square hole in the wall behind the bathroom door. the room had a spa, but a note advised against its use. the bed mattress desperately needed an upgrade. Despite these quirks, being able to smoke on the balcony was a nice touch. the location was excellent, close to eateries and the beach. the unrestricted beach access made up for the dated room. Nothing a bit of sand and sunshine couldn't fix! Aussie surfer vibes all the way! .

The facilities were fantastic - private rooftop spa and bbq, great for relaxing. Reception staff was helpful and recommended cheap tickets and a nearby coffee shop. Convenient location, everything within walking distance. Will definitely return.

The perfect place to spend a lovely Thanksgiving holiday. the staff was very nice and welcoming, providing two complimentary passes to a nearby attraction and a bottle of champagne for our celebration. the location couldn't be better, just a quick stroll to the beach, beautiful views and plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. the complementary pool facilities were an extra advantage, allowing us to relax while enjoying the stunning surroundings.

Although the room was clean and well maintained, the bed felt quite old and not that comfortable to sleep in. There were only two chairs in the room which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the space.

My recent stay at Nautilus was fantastic. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and the bustling Esplanada. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the stunning view of the marina from my apartment on the 5th floor. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the option to leave my car in the secure parking after checkout so I could enjoy a final coffee on the Esplanada. I had a great experience at Nautilus and would definitely consider staying there again.

Fantastic location across from the Wharf & a short walk from Mooloolaba Beach. Plenty of things to see & do. Good-sized apartment with two bedrooms, balcony, small living area & kitchenette. Kids enjoyed access to Netflix. Brilliant and friendly staff who were always helpful. Lovely property with ultramodern pastel paint job. Great pool and rooftop spa, perfect for teenagers to have their own space. Awesome views from the rooftop. Family-friendly complex. Good value for money.

Felt looked after, no reason to complain.

The hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident throughout the rooms, especially in the well-equipped bedroom with its spa bath on level 5. The central location, right across from the beach, is perfect for exploring the area. And the fact that breakfast is included is a fantastic bonus.

Nothing to complain about, everything was ok.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of eateries. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice white sheets on a big bed. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, even though we arrived late and hadn't made prior arrangements. We also loved the pool, which had a Bali standard feel to it. a great experience!

The lack of hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes.

Great location near beach, surf club, and park. Comfortable rooms, perfect for families. Helpful staff, assisted with food delivery. Safe for children. Will return next year!

We had a fantastic stay at Nautilus Resort. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and nearby inlet. the room, although a bit dated, was comfortable and perfect for our family with children. Maureen and Steve, the managing agents, were absolutely lovely and provided exceptional customer service. They even arranged for a food delivery before our arrival, which was a great help. We enjoyed the warm spa and the well-sized pool. the bbq facility and putt putt course added to the fun. we had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning next year!
