The warm welcome from staff made up for the lack of a reception office. While the breakfast pack was underwhelming, the salmon dish in the Bistro was a standout. Clean linens and towels were a plus, but the room lacked basic amenities like a landline and microwave. convenient location and friendly service.

i had a lovely time at nightcap at sandown park. from the warm and clean room to the phenomenal service at check-in and throughout my stay. tracey and david were incredibly welcoming and friendly. the room was comfy, the restaurant had great options at reasonable prices, and parking right in front made everything so convenient. i'll definitely be returning here!

My recent stay at this hotel was surprisingly pleasant! Comparing to my previous visits, the rooms have been nicely updated, making them more secure and comfortable. the staff, especially one gentleman, truly went above and beyond to ensure our visit was enjoyable. the restaurant on-site offered great options at a reasonable price, and the service from Tracey and David was exceptional. Being close to many HALAL restaurants and shops made dining convenient, and the overall experience was fantastic.

Although the room updates were welcomed, it would have been even better if there were more breakfast options available on the menu in the morning. having a microwave in the room would have been convenient for heating up food.

The secure parking and proximity to the venue I was attending were also major perks. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

The room vibed amazing, close to a sick bistro and sports bar. We got easy parking, comfy beds, and a rad alfresco area. It was super cool being right next to a grassy spot where doggos strutted by. For some good times, it was top-notch!

Wish they had a pumping rooftop bar to turn up the night and get the party vibes going even stronger!

The location of the bistro was perfect for our needs, as it was situated close to the race track and convenient for visiting various places in Melbourne. The room was clean, with comfortable beds and pillows that ensured a restful sleep. The bathroom was also clean and there was plenty of hot water for our showers. The staff provided good service and were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the bistro, which offered a variety of options to choose from. The view from our room was pleasant, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

The outside of the hotel appeared dated and not well-maintained.

The convenience of being close to a race track and the highway was a plus. the staff that did try to help us were friendly and accommodating. Best aspect was the modern room.

The noise was unbearable, we barely slept. the room was freezing cold and an archaic a/c only made it worse.
