loved staying at this hidden gem in melbourne! great location, clean and comfortable rooms with amazing city view. the staff at the front desk were kind and helpful, giving us extra check out time and even toys for our kids. will definitely be back!

Nothing not to like.

This place had a great location, right in the centre of a busy shopping hub. Despite being on a street with a construction site, it was convenient for getting around. The room amenities were impressive, with a sitting area and in-room safe, and the service was top-notch. The staff were knowledgeable and the room service was prompt. The facilities were also great, with a fitness centre and free Wi-Fi.

The in-room breakfast was a bit disappointing, but I would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay here.

As someone with physical handicaps, I really appreciated the helpful and friendly staff in all departments. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, with a compact but nicely done layout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the size of the bathroom and toilet area was impeccable. The Novotel had a luxury feel and the location was ideal for shopping. The breakfast provided a great variety of choices, and all the staff, including the concierge with 'the golden keys,' were excellent. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

We stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city, which allowed us to walk to all the popular tourist spots and entertainment venues. the breakfast was delicious, and we were happy that it was included in our package. the staff were very friendly and offered us a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice surprise.

The checkout process could have been better managed, as it took too much time for us to queue up and complete the process. We also found the beds to be uncomfortably close to each other, and it made it slightly difficult for us to relax.
