My recent stay at JW Marriott was absolutely delightful. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The hotel itself is stunning, with immaculate cleanliness and beautiful design. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and satisfying, and the pool area was a perfect place to relax. I brought my daughter along and she was thrilled with the pool and the attention from the staff. The only minor downside was an incident with one of the cleaners who was a bit rude. However, overall, I couldn't fault this hotel and its staff. Their dedication and hospitality truly made my stay memorable. I would highly recommend JW Marriott to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Over Christmas, my family and I had a wonderful stay at a hotel with amazing views of the sea. the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help us out. We were pleasantly surprised when we received complimentary room upgrades and a delicious breakfast every morning. the location was perfect for our relaxation needs, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Another highlight of our stay was the warm and cozy room.

We found that the interior pool was a bit colder than the temperature indicator suggested, making it a bit uncomfortable for us. during our room service experience, we received a dish with chicken that wasn't fresh, but the issue was resolved promptly when we mentioned it at the check-out.

The staff were exceptional - amazing job, passionate and helpful. Fabulous rooms and suites. Rich and tasty breakfast. Perfect design. Proximity to shopping malls and local places. Special thanks to employee Semih, lady on the front desk Busra, boy who gets taxis and speaks multiple languages, and Hala in breakfast area. Loved the sea view and big rooms. Cozy and comfy with upgraded sea view room. Nice and quiet lobby.

Nothing that I didn't like.

the exclusive amenities and the impeccable service exceeded our expectations. the spa and wellness center was an oasis of calm with a wide range of treatments, from massages to beauty treatments. the indoor swimming pool and the sauna were amazing, and the swimming pools had breathtaking views. the infinity pool on the sun terrace was our favorite spot. the sun loungers in the garden area were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the water in the pool was a bit too cold for our liking. But this was easily overlooked with all the other luxurious facilities and impeccable service offered in this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Busra at the front desk. The breakfast team was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The boy at the door, who speaks three languages, was always polite and helped us get taxis. Hala in the breakfast area went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel also offers great deals if you book directly through them. The rooms were spacious and had beautiful sea views. The bathroom vanities were a nice touch. a fantastic hotel experience.

Felt at ease, no complaints at all.
