The value for money at Novotel was outstanding, especially with the included buffet breakfast and exceptional service. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a quiet air-con and effective curtains for a restful sleep. The location was convenient, close to public transport and a variety of dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being close to all the stores, shops, and restaurants. It was just behind Paddy's market and near Chinatown, so I had easy access to some of the best reasonably priced restaurants in the area. The hotel was also a short walk away from the Capital Theatre, Central train station, and the light rail. I couldn't ask for a better location!

I would have loved to stay another night to enjoy this place even more. The staff may have been overloaded with the number of guests, but they still managed to handle everything efficiently.

I had a fantastic stay at Novotel Sydney Central. The location was perfect, with easy access to the parking house and just a short walk to the pedestrian zone leading to Darling Harbour. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even setting up a cot for my little one and surprising my 6-year-old with a birthday treat. We enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel's restaurant, including my husband's favorite beer on tap, 'White Rabbit.' The Asian restaurants nearby offered a great variety of dining options, and we particularly loved the fantastic noodle house on the corner.

While our overall experience was great, there were a few minor drawbacks. We had to pass by a crime scene on our floor during the first 24 hours, which was a bit unnerving.

We had an amazing stay at Novotel! the staff were incredibly courteous and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even suggested a larger room for our extended stay, which was a plus. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the central station and tram station. We loved exploring the nearby cafes for delicious meals. It was also convenient for our day trip to the Blue Mountains. a fantastic experience. Thank you!

The location of this place is great! It is within walking distance of amazing halal restaurants and Chinatown, perfect for exploring the city. The staff here provided excellent customer service, making me feel welcome from the minute I arrived. The leisure facilities including the spa and wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and live entertainment were amazing. The room was clean and had awesome amenities like a flat-screen TV and electric kettle, making my stay even more comfortable.

We had an amazing Easter break in a hotel that offered us complimentary chocolate and Easter egg hunt for the kids. the hotel was located in a very convenient and lively area with great restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. We enjoyed the rooftop pool with stunning views of the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Although our experience was overall positive, we noticed that some of the amenities and furniture in our room were a bit outdated and could use some updating. the service at the breakfast restaurant was slow despite being included in our package.
