We had a wonderful Christmas stay at a hotel in a stunning location with friendly staff and beautiful decor. the food was amazing, especially the tasting menu and the chef's selection of wines. the room was luxurious and homely, with breathtaking views. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the holiday season.

the restaurant music choices were strange and didn't match the ambiance of the location. the loud music and morning vacuuming made it difficult to have a peaceful lie-in.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, right next to the sea and up to the old St Mawe's fortress. The Champagne in the room upon arrival and the personalized welcome with our names on the door and a note from Carl the host were delightful touches. the breakfast was excellent, with a varied menu that catered to all tastes. the sea view from our room was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly helpful, charming, and friendly. the hotel had a lovely ambiance and was perfect for those seeking a special experience. the car parking, though a bit of a walk and a flight of stairs away, was manageable for us.
