the rooms were super spacious with jaw-dropping amenities like free parking, Wi-Fi, and a convenient location near restaurants and entertainment. the staff was unbelievably friendly and accommodating, making our experience truly unforgettable.

Some minor room glitches but the spaciousness, comfy beds, and great breakfast made up for it. the gym was impressive, but the public lap pool and street view were downsides. Would recommend for a cozy stay!

The staff at Novotel Sydney West Hq in Rooty Hill were incredibly friendly and always available to assist. the beds were extremely comfortable, and the spacious rooms provided ample room for my little one to play. the separate laundry on each floor was a convenient feature, and I appreciated the generosity of the staff towards my charity work. the breakfast options were fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed the room service. the nearby indoor swimming pool and gym were great for relaxation, and the hotel's proximity to Featherdale Wildlife Park and other landmarks offered enjoyable family outings. Although the bathroom lighting was dim and the water pressure was low, these minor inconveniences were outweighed by the overall positive experience. I would gladly return to this hotel.

The butter at Novotel Rooty Hill is smoother than an opera singer hitting high C! Their local eats are tastier than a snag at a barbie. the facilities feel as fresh as a brekkie spread at Woodstock Bistro.

Some staff need a sprinkle of clarity like fairy dust. Had a brekkie hiccup, but it didn't sour the experience!

Enjoyed the spacious standard king room, comfortable bed, and lovely lounge area within the hotel. the large, well-equipped gym and friendly staff added to the positive experience. the limited dining options in the vicinity were disappointing and could be improved for a better overall stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Novotel and was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. The facilities were great, and I especially enjoyed being able to use the gym and pool. The location was also convenient, with a shopping mall and train station nearby. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and amenities. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the convenient location, right next to the RSL with a great food court and entertainment options for the kids. The nearby SAGC is a fantastic facility for guests to use. The ample parking was a huge plus. The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. It was also great to have a laundry room on every floor.

The dryer in the laundry room didn't work well, so we had to take our clothes to a laundromat to dry. Nonetheless, the staff at Novotel Sydney West Hq made us feel very at home and were always willing to assist us.

Got a couple of freebies, good location near a shopping center and arcade, and enjoyed the big shower.

Room felt dirty with dirty couches and no soap in the bathroom. Plus, the beds were lumpy.

I recently stayed at this place for a show at the nearby theatre and was impressed with the location. It's close to everything I needed, including the railway station, a gymnastics centre and a construction zone. The service here was also exceptional, from the friendly and welcoming staff to the top-notch room amenities like the in-room air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities and 24-hour reception. Even the manager was most considerate, which I really appreciated.

I would definitely recommend this venue to friends, without hesitation.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby. It is also conveniently situated close to the Gymnastics center and the Blacktown sports center. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and excellent water pressure in the shower. The staff here are extremely helpful and responsive to any needs. The breakfast provided is delicious and there is a wide variety of options to choose from. a great place to stay with great facilities.

The air conditioning in the room could be improved, as it didn't cool down enough towards the morning.
