We had an amazing time staying in this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the river and close to Eagle Street Pier where we could catch a City Hopper Boat or ride on the City Cat boat. The room was spacious and clean, with a breathtaking view of the Eagle St wharf and Story Bridge. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were some minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom that could have been improved.

I love the location! Just a few minutes' walk from so many great bars and restaurants. It was also great to have a spacious apartment with a stunning view of the river and Story bridge. Even though the appliances tripped the safety switch, and the bathrooms were old, the staff was polite and helpful. I'd stay here again.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the rivers edge with stunning views of the bridge. It is also conveniently close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The car park is limited and can be difficult to navigate, especially if you have a larger vehicle.

They acknowledged our request for a higher level room for my daughter to enjoy the room with the beautiful view. The free wi-fi was helpful for us.

The place we stayed at was really spacious and cozy. We received some complimentary items that were a nice touch. It was really close to many restaurants and shops, which made it easy to explore the area. The view from the balcony was also fantastic.

That we noticed some noise from outside during the night. , we had some issues with the air conditioning that made it hard to regulate the temperature in the room.
