I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff outside working were friendly and helpful. The employee went out of her way to accommodate my request for a non-smoking room and even tried her best to find a coffee pot for me. The room was quiet and comfortable, with a great AC system that worked quietly. The bed was cozy and the amenities provided were nice. Everything in the room was very clean, except for a minor issue discussed below. I was especially pleased to find that the room had a tub, which was a plus for me. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Arizona Mills Shopping Centre, as well as major highways such as US60 and I-10, made it very convenient for traveling around the area.

The location was convenient as it was close to the freeway. the bed was comfortable and that's the only thing that really mattered.

The hotel was run down and the employees didn't seem to care. the decor was old and tired, and it didn't seem like any upgrades had been made recently.
