The small health spa is a great amenity after a long day of activities. The cozy bar with a fireplace adds to the chalet feel. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Spending Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience! the location was perfect, right in the heart of town and close to all the ski lifts and ski bus stops. It made it so convenient for us to explore and enjoy the beauty of Zermatt. the staff was fantastic, they were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. And the traditional Swiss restaurant served mouthwatering meals, adding to the overall delightful experience.

One minor downside was that the bathroom in our standard double room was quite small. However, it was still acceptable as it was kept immaculately clean.
