The room had an amazing view over the water, perfect for a family with kids. Kitchenette facilities were handy and there was a lounge area for extra space. Great location with a highly recommended Indian restaurant nearby. Everything you needed was in the room, including a washing machine and dishwasher for longer stays. Friendly and efficient check-in staff and free parking on site. Close to the Fantasea ferry pier.

We had a very comfortable stay at Oaks. The room was clean and tidy, and the check-in process was easy and efficient. The car parking was convenient, especially for our tall 4WD vehicle. The nearby Masala Indian restaurant was also a delicious and affordable dining option.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to a vibrant restaurant precinct on Palmer Street. You can enjoy delicious meals and drinks just steps away from your room. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance to bars, eateries, the CBD, and the Strand, making it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the waterfront.

It's important to note that some reviews mentioned worn-out furniture in the rooms.

My Christmas stay was amazing with great facilities and friendly service. the hotel was located in a great spot close to the beach and lots of shops nearby, making it easy to explore. One of the best aspects of my stay was that they offered complementary breakfast and a free shuttle to the nearby entertainment district, which was a nice surprise. I also enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the room.

There were a few things that could be improved. the noise from neighboring rooms was quite loud, which kept me up throughout the night.
