The location is unbeatable, with an excellent view from the open air balcony. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities. The on-site parking is a big plus compared to other nearby properties. The on-site cafe/restaurant serves delicious food and offers room service. The 24/7 reception is always courteous and friendly, even at odd hours. It's a great place for solo travelers.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk to the riverbank. You can easily explore Southbank or take a leisurely stroll into the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet may not be the most exciting, but the coffee is great. Plus, the hotel has on-site parking and a restaurant for convenience.

Some of the rooms may not have proper ventilation in the bathrooms, which can lead to foggy mirrors and a lack of fresh air.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated really close to Southbank, which made it easy for us to explore the area. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel had everything we needed, from a great selection of room amenities to fantastic facilities such as a swimming pool and fitness studio. We were also impressed with the room service and housekeeping, who kept the rooms clean and tidy throughout our stay. we would highly recommend this place for city accommodation.

They could really do with some customer service classes as we found the staff to be lacking in this area. However, this did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel and we would still recommend it to others.
