The value for money at this place is unbeatable. the room was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed. the location was perfect, close to dining spots, and the staff, especially Barbara, were incredibly accommodating.

Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety.

The apartment was spot on, had all the essentials we needed, and the coded entry and covered parking were huge pluses for us, especially with the rainy weather in Canberra. We loved the half-court for the kids and easy access to shops and restaurants. If I had to nitpick, a little packet of raw sugar for my tea upon arrival would have been a nice touch, but that's just me being overly fussy. 💫

The Atrium Restaurant and Bar is a short stroll away, serving up top-notch nosh. And don't get me started on the Dickson Asian Noodle House—utterly delish! Plus, the fresh pizza and local fare are out of this world!

Now, listen here, a lasagna dish and pizza tray in the kitchen wouldn't have gone astray. no worries—these are just minor niggles in an otherwise ripper stay at One Of A Kind.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The spacious apartment was clean and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing environment. The location was perfect, with nearby shops and eateries, making it convenient for us to find everything we needed. Barbara, the host, was excellent in her communication and even provided little extras like a bottle of wine. The hotel provided top-notch amenities such as free toiletries, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again in the future when visiting this city.

Clean apartments, close to shops and city center. Metro line construction will improve access. Well-equipped with tea, coffee, milk, pasta, rice, and vegemite. Towels provided despite website saying otherwise. Regular cleaning and linen change.

One minor downside was a slight stale smell upon entering the apartment. the frying pan could have been cleaner.

The location was also very convenient for my business needs, being close to my workplace and the local shops. the electronic access to the apartment provided a sense of security that put me at ease.

The apartment had very limited cutlery and glassware which made it difficult to prepare and consume meals. I also found there was only one set of towels provided even though I was staying for a week.
