My recent stay at Palm Bungalows was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful location and the convenience of being close to all the amenities. The bungalow itself was well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The proximity to the main pool, Sails restaurant, and Catseye Beach was a major plus. I loved being able to easily access these attractions without hassle. The overall cleanliness of the bungalow was impressive, and the attention to detail in the room was evident, from the quality of the tea and coffee to the comfortable bed. The privacy of the bungalow, with its own lawn and trees, made it feel like a secluded paradise. Despite being a busy time of year, I never felt overwhelmed or crowded. There were some minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a screen door and the need for better housekeeping, but these did not diminish the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Palm Bungalows for anyone looking for a delightful stay on Hamilton Island. I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with my time at this resort.

Gorgeous bungalows, great facilities, close to beach, helpful staff, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the bungalows is perfect, right next to the beach at Sails restaurant. It is also conveniently close to everything on the island, making it easy to explore by foot. Additionally, being very close to the Marina allows for easy access to various activities and excursions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping service. Guests also enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of options. The hotel provides free hire of kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and other water sports equipment.

One minor inconvenience is the occasional noise from the wind causing the plants near the bungalows to hit the walls, which can disturb sleep.

Our easter family retreat was amazing! We loved the convenience of having a kitchen in our accommodation - perfect for cooking meals. the room was spacious and there was plenty of room for our little ones. Plus, the location near the pool and playground was wonderful! the buggy rental made getting around the island a breeze.

The road near our room was a bit concerning with young children. the balcony steps lead right out onto the road and we worried about the safety of our toddler.

The hotel is set in beautiful palm trees, giving it a tropical and nature-inspired atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable with good facilities, including kitchen facilities for those who prefer to cook their own meals. Additionally, breakfast is included in the rate, providing a convenient and delicious start to the day.

All was satisfactory.

The bungalows are separate, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Daily maid service and towels for the pools and beach are provided. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other spots on the island. Free buses available for transportation. Breakfast included with certain packages. Upscale facilities and great location within the GBR. Wildlife and fantastic showers.

Close to beach, spacious bungalows, beautiful swimming pools, great variety of activities.

Felt safe, nothing to complain about.

Location in the middle of the island - super convenient to all the locations, just a short walk to main bus stop, main pools, and everything else.

The accommodations were fantastic, with spacious rooms that were well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, and it was great to have a veranda with a hammock to relax in the evenings. The location was also a major plus, with close proximity to the beach and easy access to amenities. Additionally, the staff were professional and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the service was average, with a lack of friendliness and smiles from the staff.
