I had an amazing stay at this modern and clean hotel right across the bus stop. The location was so convenient, making it easy for me to explore the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate toilet and bathroom. The staff provided superb service, and the breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed the serene view of the river from my room. the hotel offered great facilities and advantages for a solo traveler like me.

The noise from the group tourists was a bit bothersome at times.

Great views of the creek and spacious and clean onsen with 3 pools. the lobby offered free drinks and a business corner with a lovely view. the hotel has a modernized vibe while still maintaining the traditional Japanese ryokan atmosphere. the location is convenient as it's only a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. the food was delicious, offering fresh seafood and exceptional services.

I wish there was a bigger outdoor pool. However, the overall experience was great, even during a business trip.

This modern onsen hotel boasts an impressive view of the Jozankei stream, which can be enjoyed from the outdoor hot spring bath. My room was spacious and clean, with exclusive amenities like soft bathrobes and beautiful decor. the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. the public lounge area was comfortable and stylishly designed, where I had a wonderful time with the various snacks and drinks on offer.

The indoor spa area appeared a bit outdated compared to the modern decor of the rest of the hotel. this minor flaw was completely overshadowed by all the other great amenities and services provided at the venue.
