The hotel is conveniently located near multiple tram stops, allowing easy access to the CBD, the ocean, and Chapel St. The rooms are spacious with full kitchens and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Some rooms have a shower over the bath, which is convenient for guests.

On occasions, the water temperature in the shower can fluctuate, resulting in a cold shower experience.

We spent Christmas at a hotel in the city and had two complementary festive drinks waiting for us in our room upon arrival. The hotel location was ideal, with public transportation right outside and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The best part was the amazing city view from our room which we enjoyed every morning and night.

Despite being advertised as available until 10am, the buffet was almost empty each day we went down before 9am, and the staff were more concerned with cleaning up than serving guests. Made for a bit of a sour start to our mornings.

Fully furnished room, comfortable bed, cable TV, convenient location near city centre and tram stop, reasonable overnight parking cost, hand sanitiser available.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the business district and close to a tram station that took me straight into the CBD. The surrounding area felt safe even at night, and I enjoyed taking a walk by the nearby lake for some stunning views. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, making me feel right at home. The facilities, especially in the kitchen, were top-notch and everything worked perfectly. The staff were also amazing, always friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room and the range of amenities provided. The location was convenient for accessing the city. The café on-site was excellent. Despite a few minor cleanliness issues, I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay. I had a great experience at Park Regis Griffin Suites.
