We had a fantastic view from our room, overlooking the city. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Queen Street Mall and CBD. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping our room clean throughout our stay. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at a hotel conveniently located in the heart of the city. The hotel was close to the business center, making our meetings a breeze to attend. Additionally, we were just a short walk away from the bustling casino, where we enjoyed a delicious meal at the popular Fat Noodle restaurant. The surrounding area was dotted with charming cafes, perfect for grabbing a quick coffee or snack. On top of that, we appreciated the easy access to the airport, allowing for a seamless journey. Our room was comfortable and had a stunning view of the river, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. it was a pleasant experience.

We did notice some maintenance issues in the bathroom that could use improvement.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with amazing views of the river. The staff members were very attentive - room service and housekeeping were exceptional. It was great to have free Wi-Fi and a mini-bar in the room, as well as an in-room safe and ironing facilities. The outdoor swimming pool and barbeque grills were a relaxing way to spend an afternoon.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Great location! We were able to walk to many tourist spots. Amazing view of the river especially at night. the hotel room had a comfortable bed and two nice complimentary products.

The amenities were outdated. the air conditioning was leaking on the carpet which made the room smell.
