The executive two bedroom apartment at Fraser Suites Muscat was simply fantastic. The spacious living area and well-equipped kitchen made me feel right at home. The 360-degree view of the city from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking, and the large terrace in the one bedroom suite was perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

The air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy.

This hotel boasts one of the best locations you could ask for. Situated in the center of the city, everything is within walking distance, including the beautiful lit mosque and the two biggest malls in the area. The suites are spacious and well stocked with everything you need for a perfect stay. The staff go above and beyond with their service, being extremely helpful whenever needed. Breakfast is delicious with a good variety of options.

The check-in process at this hotel can be quite slow and delayed, causing frustration amongst guests.

We stayed in an apartment over Christmas, and while the holiday was great, the accommodation left something to be desired. the apartment was huge, clean and modern, with two separate bedrooms and a great view of the city. Plus, we received complimentary fruit baskets upon arrival and also enjoyed a couple of free drinks at the bar. the location was also pretty decent, as we were close to both the mall and some restaurants. Lastly, we appreciated the free parking on site.

Our experience was marred by the lack of attention we received from staff. Whenever we had an issue, it took ages for anyone to show up and fix it.

Varied breakfast buffet with cooked food, salads, fruits, and continental options. Good location for exploring the Al Ahmin Grand Mosque area with cheap and quick taxi connections to other attractions. Excellent staff.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with a home-like feel. The attentive staff, led by the amazing Abdul Rahman and Shubhankar, made our experience even more enjoyable. We were thrilled with the facilities and activities available, especially for people like us who enjoy karaoke and casinos.

This hotel is a great value for money. The well-furnished rooms with all the needed facilities including the kitchen and breakfast served was a perfect start to my day. The service by the staff was top-notch and they paid attention to every detail. Also, the location is great with a beautiful mosque in the center of the city and a mall nearby with so many meals options for all types of travelers.

The hot water in the bathroom could be improved.

My room had a terrace, which offered a beautiful view of the city. I spent a lot of time there, soaking in the sunsets and fresh air. The terrace made my stay relaxing and unforgettable. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. the staff provided exceptional service, meeting all my needs and fulfilling any requests promptly. the Spa & Wellness Centre was a highlight, with a range of beauty treatments and an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. the restaurant also impressed with its menu of delicious cuisine, including special diet menus.

Despite this minor issue, I still enjoyed lounging on the sun terrace and the garden area, with beach umbrellas adding a nice touch.

The service at the hotel was exceptional, I was greeted warmly by the staff upon arrival. the spa center and outdoor swimming pool were fabulous. the sun terrace was amazing for enjoying the sunset and the view was breathtaking. the garden area was gorgeous and well-maintained. I loved the exclusive amenities in the room such as the in-room breakfast and the private facilities. the restaurant served delicious food and had special diet menus available. the location advantages were great and gave easy access to many interesting places.

I recently stayed at Fraser Suites for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Mr. Abdur Rehman, was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The hotel itself was impressive, with well-equipped rooms, a clean gym, and a great swimming pool. Our two-bedroom apartment had everything we needed, from utensils to a dishwasher. The location was also perfect, with a lovely family atmosphere.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
