the breakfast exceeded my expectations with a delicious buffet in addition to the ordered breakfast. the staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service. Nilu and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful, offering detailed information on train stations, navigating the city, shopping, and dining options. They even walked me to the taxi stop and directed me to the correct train station. the room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. the hotel's location above Shibuya Train station was perfect, providing easy access to Shibuya Stream restaurants and Hikarie Shops. the nearby attractions, such as Shibuya Crossing, Loft, and Don Quiote, made exploring the area a delightful experience. one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Tokyo!

As low-budget travelers, we were impressed by the excellent facilities and amenities offered at Shibuya Stream Excel Hotel. The modern living space was equipped with a washing machine and dryer, offering great convenience at a low price. We also appreciated the free water refills and vending machines, as well as the complimentary amenities such as shower cap, facial mask, cotton buds, and razors provided at the lobby. The hotel's location near the metro and 5 minutes walk from Shibuya crossing was a major plus, allowing us to easily explore Tokyo. The nice view of Tokyo Tower from our room was an added bonus.
