We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Melbourne. The facilities were clean and relaxing, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect, with easy access to Melbourne's attractions and public transportation. We loved being near the market, tram, and railway stations. The hotel was just on the outskirts of the central city, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was the pool, and the kitchenette in our room was a great convenience.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were heavenly. However, the 2-seater couch was too low for us, and getting up from it was a struggle. The orange chairs in the room were also uncomfortable, lacking cushioning. There were no tea towels provided, which made it difficult to dry the dishes. On the positive side, Tim and Rachel in the restaurant were exceptional, providing excellent service. I had a pleasant stay at Pegasus Apart-Hotel and would recommend it.

The pool area was lovely and quiet. I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist me with finding a nearby car park when the hotel's car park was full upon my arrival. I had a great stay at this hotel with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable visit.

We had an amazing time in this hotel, it was very close to the city centre and the train station. The location was perfect, close to marvel stadium and everything we needed. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We loved the comfortable beds and the great bathroom amenities. The kitchenette was very useful and we enjoyed having a swim in the awesome pool. We also appreciated the recycling bins and towel re-use option.

The lifts were a bit small and busy.

Great central location near public transport, market, and supermarket. Rooms were well-maintained with clean towels provided daily. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast was outstanding, and the indoor pool was a bonus for the kids. a pleasant stay.

We loved the location of this place as it's within the new Melbourne free tram zone, which means we saved a lot on transportation. Being near trams was ideal for us as we could easily explore the city. The service was excellent and we appreciated the dry cleaning and laundry facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the in-room amenities like the kitchenette and sitting area. The spa & wellness center was a great place to relax, and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.

While the staff did n't seem to care much, we were told that some requests were only requests and could not be accommodated. But we would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

This hotel is perfect for those who want to explore the city since it's located at the centre of the town and inside the free tram zone making transportation easy and affordable. Moreover, our room was equipped with full kitchen facilities, which was great for cooking meals. Additionally, the assortment of delicacies offered during the breakfast was fantastic, and we found something that suited all tastes.

Elevators need maintenance.

We loved the spacious rooms and well-stocked kitchen. The bed was fantastic, and the spa and gym facilities were great. The reception staff were very helpful and arranged a shuttle bus for us. As old people, we really appreciated the comfortable amenities and the friendly service.

The free Wi-Fi was excellent, and the complimentary breakfast was decent, though lacking in variety. the location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and a stone's throw away from all the major attractions. the views from our room were also stunning, we could see the bustling city from our window.

The room was not cleaned properly, there were stains on the carpet and the bathroom was unhygienic. the bedding also looked like it hadn't been changed recently.
