Mate, had a truly shocking run-in with a judgy, unprofessional staff member. Hit with a steep cleaning fee and threatened with eviction over a spilt drink.

The room was well-appointed and even though it could use some updating, it was clean and serviced daily. The staff were friendly and gave us privacy during our stay. The location was fantastic, being close to Penrith city centre and all the amenities it has to offer. The hotel also provided great services like room service, housekeeping, and even grocery shopping. The room itself had all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. a really convenient and comfortable place to stay.
