The balcony spa with a beautiful view was a highlight. The room was well-equipped and comfortable.

Disappointed that our room wasn't serviced during our 7-night stay. Extra charges for basic amenities like towels and toilet paper.

The location of this hotel is great, situated just 600m away from the main street of Airlie Beach. It is also conveniently close to the marina, making it easy to access the Whitsunday Islands. The rooms are spacious and have a kitchenette, perfect for preparing your own meals. Additionally, the balcony offers a beautiful view of the bay.

The lounge suites in the hotel are worn and dated, which could use some improvement.

The resort offered air-conditioned apartments with self-catering facilities and a private balcony. The lagoon-style swimming pool was perfect, and the apartments had all the amenities I needed.

Oh, and who needs a roof on their balcony anyway? The rain and the leaking air conditioning made for a delightful indoor sauna experience.

This place is a hidden gem! The location is perfect, situated at the end of the main street, so you don't hear any noise from the nightclubs. There's a bus stop right outside for easy access to Shute Harbour. The staff here are fantastic, offering services like car hire, housekeeping, and even grocery shopping. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped, with a balcony that offers stunning views. I especially loved the hot tub! The pool is also large and well-located. the comfort and quality of this hotel exceeded my expectations.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
