Fantastic location in town, walking distance to all amenities. Beach just a minute away. Room cleaned daily, spacious with large balcony and spa bath. Lagoon pool not crowded, always deck chairs available. Sublime restaurant delivers food right to your poolside deckchair. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is perfect, as it is very close to everything that Port Douglas has to offer. It is right beside the stunning 4 mile beach, allowing guests to easily access the beautiful shoreline. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located to the main shopping village, making it easy for guests to explore and shop.

The staff at the hotel were not overly friendly.

The breakfast served was a nice way to start the day and the pool area was really beautiful. The location was great, with plenty of options for shopping and eating within walking distance. Plus, the room had a nice balcony where I could sit and relax.

The staff weren't very helpful. When I asked for a quick dinner, they said they were fully booked and could only offer me a table in the pool area.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received at the resort. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable stay. The resort's pool was absolutely amazing, with a sandy 'beach' area and bar service. The food at the on-site restaurant was excellent, and the service from Simon, our waiter, was attentive and informative. Despite facing the road, my room was peaceful and ensured a good night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. On arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with an early check-in and upgraded room. The luxurious amenities available, such as the outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, and leafy garden area, were outstanding. Additionally, the service was top-notch, and the staff was more than friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby areas, such as Daintree and Mossman.

The only minor issue I experienced was the limited breakfast options, which were not the standard buffet-style I expected. However, the in-room breakfast was still delightful, and the other facilities and services compensated for this minor inconvenience.

As women traveling alone, we loved the convenient location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The swimming pool area was spacious and enjoyable even when crowded. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel comfortable and well-taken care of.

Felt privileged, no reason to complain.
