I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and well-appointed. The location was convenient with easy access to the airport and downtown. The staff treated me with attentiveness and professionalism, making my stay comfortable and memorable.

There were some issues with the temperature of the water in the room, which took a long time to get fixed. Some of the staff members, particularly the housekeeper and bartender, did not seem to enjoy their jobs and were not very friendly.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, with easy access to supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. the option to park, stay, and fly was a great feature as we were able to leave our car there for the duration of our trip.

The parking situation was quite cumbersome, with a large parking lot that required climbing steps or driving to the opposite side of the building and walking a long distance to reach the rooms. This made it difficult for individuals with mobility challenges, and the valet service was slow due to the high occupancy of the hotel.

I wiped down the hairdryer and it definitely needed it, as the wipe was brown after cleaning it. However, the hotel facilities were great overall. The hotel had excellent restaurants on site, including a cozy lounge and Bentley's, with a good menu selection. The front desk staff, especially Elijah, were polite and welcoming. The shuttle service was efficient and the drivers were helpful. The hotel was in a convenient location, just 10 minutes away from the airport and not far from downtown.
