Amazing location with shops and restaurants nearby. Spacious and well-equipped apartments with a balcony. Great facilities including a gym, kitchen, and laundry. Lots of food options, patrolled beach, kids playground, heated pool & spa, and a cinema room.

Felt right at home, no complaints.

We loved the amazing sea view, including from the bath and shower. The daily cleaners were a great bonus. The location was perfect with easy access to the conference centre, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and right next to the beach. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and helped with everything from carrying our bags to finding our car. The comfortable bed and clean apartment made our stay enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a wide variety of restaurants right on the ground floor. Whatever meal you desired, you could easily find it here. Additionally, it is conveniently close to the supermarket and the local BWS, making it easy to stock up on any essentials you may need. And of course, being right next to the beach is a huge plus, allowing for stunning views and easy access to the sand and surf.

There were some issues with the room. The sofa was not as clean as it should have been, with noticeable stains that detracted from the overall cleanliness and comfort.

We had a fantastic stay at Peppers in Gold Coast. Our apartment was huge and exceeded our expectations. The balcony offered stunning views of the ocean. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurant and bar choices, a shopping center within walking distance, and a beautiful beach just a short stroll away. The staff at reception were always friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at Peppers Broadbeach. The location was perfect, right across from the beach and in an area with a wide selection of restaurants. We loved how close it was to everything, including the beach. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great pool area and barbecue facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, from the reception desk to the cleaning ladies. The beds were comfortable and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. we highly recommend this hotel to everyone we meet.

The view from our front ocean view room was absolutely stunning, and the weather couldn't have been better. The location was centrally located and convenient, with many facilities and attractive surroundings within walking distance. The pools were a highlight, each one with a different level and all very enjoyable. The rooms had a beautiful beachy feel to them, and the bed was comfortable. a lovely break with the grandkids!

While overall we had a great stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. The hallway on our floor had a strong and unpleasant smell that seemed to be a cleaning issue.

We had a sea view room which offered a wonderful breeze and stunning views of the coastline. the location of the hotel was great, with easy walking access to Pacific Fair shopping center and other everyday shopping needs. the swimming facilities were excellent, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience.

The deck of the hotel could use some maintenance due to the effects of sea spray, such as stalactite formations and stains on the deck tiles. There was an issue with the built-in coffee machine in the room, as one guest had an allergic reaction after consuming coffee from it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our little family, with the beach just a stone's throw away and an amazing playground across the road. It was also conveniently close to a variety of great restaurants and cafes, including the Oasis centre where we found a supermarket and everything we needed. The spacious and clean room had a comfy bed, a nice bathroom, and good kitchen facilities. We also enjoyed the fabulous views from our apartment, the secure parking, and the efficient lift services. The private cinema, which could be booked out for our exclusive use, was a big hit with the kids. The pools were lovely, and overall, the hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were also delighted with the size of the room and the modern amenities, such as the well-equipped kitchen and appliances.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pool area was excellent. The hotel's central location made it convenient for shopping, dining, and enjoying the beach. a highly recommended place to stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

My recent stay at Peppers was absolutely wonderful. The layout of the apartment was great and having two bathrooms was excellent. The apartment had lots of natural light and was spacious with a well thought out floor plan. The location was convenient, with easy access to the tram stops, beach, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was modern and well-furnished, with amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, and clothes dryer. The staff at Tower 2 reception were efficient and helpful. I had a relaxing and comfortable stay.
