The breakfast and transfer services were good. the hotel had a decent location, close to some beaches and restaurants. the room was spacious and clean.

The noise level was unbearable. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep due to the constant noise from the road and other guests.

Comfortable lodge, wonderful staff, beautiful view over Pinel Island. Convenient location near attractions and restaurants. Simple yet delicious breakfast. Access to Pinel Island with reserved beach chair and umbrella. Memorable stay, will return.

The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking, with a stunning view of the bay and the Atlantic. The rooms are stylish and chic, with spotless cleanliness. The staff is incredibly helpful, assisting with reservations, taxis, and recommendations for restaurants. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and served quickly. The property offers a free transfer and beach chairs/umbrellas at Pinel Island, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

Some rooms had issues with little ants in the bathroom, and there was a temporary interruption of water flow during the night. opening the large glass doors may let in mosquitoes, so caution is needed.

I was initially under the impression that the hotel was beachfront, but I ended up enjoying it even more because of the kayaking opportunities. I took the kayaks out onto the sandbar and explored the small beaches of nearby islands. The view from the hillside location was absolutely gorgeous and I loved walking down to the waterfront daily. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, providing breakfast inside when we returned late from diving. The decor was lovely and the atmosphere was very relaxing. It was exactly what we were looking for.

One small drawback was that there were some ants in the bathroom of our room. Additionally, there was a slight issue with the water flow in the sink and shower during the night, but it resolved by morning.

The room with a bay view and sunrise, helpful staff, convenient location, access to Pinel Island with reserved beach chair and umbrella, delicious breakfast.
