Just stayed at a hotel with fantastic restaurant options nearby. the room was spacious and clean, LOVED the separate lounge area. Would stay again. Photos don't do it justice! .

the rooms were spacious and luxurious, equipped with washing and drying facilities. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the views of the water from the windows. the location was perfect, with easy access to the river boardwalk and a great selection of restaurants within a few minutes' walk. We also enjoyed a fabulous meal at the nearby Mud Bar and Restaurant.

Staff were incredibly friendly - our hot water issue was quickly resolved with a room upgrade. the service felt like winning a lottery; upgrades, smiley faces, and quick fixes brightened our stay, making it a memorable experience.

We initially had a disappointing room with a view of car yards and a strong paint smell. However, the helpful staff at Peppers Seaport Hotel quickly moved us to a room with a beautiful view of the river and boats. The room, although dated, was large and clean. The location on the river was perfect, with several nearby restaurants to choose from. We also appreciated the comfortable mattress and the convenience of having a kitchen and washing machine in the room. Despite some noise from the restaurant below and the lack of reserved parking, our overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We would recommend this hotel for its location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.

The staff at Peppers were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. When we arrived early, they allowed us to drop off our bags and later took them up to our room. The room service was kind and understanding, and any issues we had during our stay were promptly taken care of by Kerryn and Mitch. the staff were kind, inviting, and flexible in all circumstances. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the stunning views from our corner suite on the 2nd floor. The marina below and the elevated suburb of Trevallyn were a sight to behold. The bedroom was spacious and the king bed was super comfortable. The lounge and kitchenette area was well-furnished and had all the necessary amenities. The large TV with Foxtel access was a nice bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel's location within walking distance of local attractions and the city centre was very convenient.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel located right on the river, with beautiful views across from the rowing club. The location was ideal, just a short walk to Launceston center and surrounded by great restaurants on the pier. The room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the great facilities offered at the hotel.

The shower design made it easy for water to flood the bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay at Peppers Seaport Hotel. the suite on the 3rd floor offered stunning views of the marina. It was spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was great. the reception staff were helpful and efficient. Being just a short walk away from various restaurants was very convenient. I highly recommend dining at Mud, located downstairs. the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. an excellent experience.
