Enjoyed my stay at Pier Hotel Coffs Harbour. Stylish room, comfy bed, very clean. Great location near the beach and cafes. Service was good, despite some staff challenges. Noise was minimal. Separated bathroom and AC would be nice. Handy to Coffs Harbour pier.

we had a wonderful time at Pier Hotel, our comfy room was stylish & clean. the friendly staff made our stay excellent. Convenient location near cafes and beach. Room in the back was peaceful, and service was top-notch.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to eateries and the ocean. Being walking distance to the beach and jetty was fantastic, and it made it very convenient to explore the area. The room was clean and the hot water was great, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff provided great service and the atmosphere was relaxed.

The shared toilets and showers could occasionally be unpleasant due to the behavior of other users.

The room I stayed in was lovely and stylish, with a very comfortable bed and it was sparkling clean, just like they mentioned. the location is perfect, close to the beach and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. the staff was very good - despite missing a team member, they did their best to assist us and were very lovely. We were lucky to have a room at the back, away from any noise late at night.

It would have been nice to have a separate bathroom with a proper door and a sink inside, but I understand that might not be possible due to renovation constraints. While the fan was good, having air conditioning would have been even better.

This hotel has a great location, within walking distance of the train station. The room was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed like tea and coffee facilities and a flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free Wi-Fi was a bonus. I also enjoyed the on-site bar and lounge area, which provided a great space to relax after a long day.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends for its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service.

Fantastic value for money at Pier Hotel. The steak night was a delicious highlight, with perfectly cooked steaks and a variety of sauces to choose from. The portion size was just right and the prices were unbeatable. The food was well-prepared and presented. Despite the noisy TV volume, the food made it worth the visit. The free WiFi and secure parking added to the convenience of the stay. The location near the Jetty was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value, delicious food, and convenient amenities.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere and lots of dining choices nearby. Clean rooms with good shared bathroom facilities.

Rooms are not well equipped, with no reading lights by the beds and stark overhead lighting. Noisy venue with live music on weekends, making it difficult to sleep.
