This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially for the attention to detail provided. The location is really convenient, with public transport and transport to/from the Flemington racecourse nearby. The staff at this hotel offer excellent service and are very friendly. The basic amenities are well-maintained, and the rooms are cleaned by housekeeping with earplugs supplied, perfect for just needing a bed and breakfast.

All in all, everything was more than satisfactory.

This hotel is situated in a great location, with convenient transport options nearby. There are plenty of good eateries in the area, making it easy to find hot food. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and clean bed sheets and towels. The staff are helpful and friendly, providing prompt assistance when needed. Additionally, the hotel offers a drop box for easy check-out, making the process hassle-free.

There was an issue with the lighting in one of the rooms, with only one working light and the others not having bulbs. This made it difficult to get ready for a wedding.

We stayed in this hotel during our city trip and had a fantastic time! The room was spacious with plenty of storage for our belongings and the ensuite was clean and modern. We also enjoyed the use of laundry facilities which was very convenient. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station and close to many restaurants and cafes. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only negative aspect we experienced was the noise level at night. As the hotel is located on a busy street corner, there was some traffic noise that disrupted our sleep.

A Gem in Footscray

I stayed at this hidden gem in Footscray and was pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean room. The recently renovated bathroom was a nice touch. The location was perfect, as it was just a short stroll to the train station, local market, and some cool cafes. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Despite the slight road noise in my room, I found that requesting a room on the right side of the hallway made it quieter. The only downside was the fluctuating hot water temperature and the lack of instructions on how to use the air conditioning. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall great experience. I highly recommend this place for its value and convenience. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely choose it again in a heartbeat.
