The hotel is in a great location, very close to the grand Indonesia mall and the business district. It is also adjacent to Plaza Festival, which offers a variety of restaurants to choose from. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice bathrooms and excellent service from the staff. The breakfast at the hotel is also highly rated, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The swimming pool is newly renovated and provides a nice place to relax.

The hotel could improve on the soundproofing of the rooms.

I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, situated in the newer business district and easily accessible from the airport. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with the receptionists being especially friendly and professional. They made sure that my check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and even managed to arrange an early check-in and late checkout for me. Furthermore, the hotel had a wide range of amenities, such as a spa and wellness centre, an outdoor swimming pool, and a fitness centre. The room itself was well-appointed and had everything I needed, including a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. I had a fantastic experience here.

During my stay at Js Luwansa Hotel & Convention Center, I had the privilege of staying on the Ambassador floor. This meant I had access to complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the day, which was a wonderful way to unwind after a long day. I also enjoyed having breakfast on the Ambassador floor, as it provided a more private and peaceful setting to start my day. The hotel staff, supervisors, and management were incredibly attentive and responsive to any issues that arose during my stay, ensuring that my needs were met and my stay was enjoyable. I definitely plan on returning to Js Luwansa Hotel & Convention Center in the future.

While my overall experience at Js Luwansa Hotel & Convention Center was positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. I noticed that the floor in the shower section of the bathroom was jagged and raised, which could be hazardous if not accustomed to it.

Had a fantastic Easter getaway! the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city. the gym was well-maintained and had a variety of machines, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a good selection of options to choose from.

The hotel seemed to be quite popular, as there were a lot of people around, which sometimes made it crowded. while the rooms were tidy, there were some areas of the hotel that could have been a bit cleaner.
