I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the location was ideal, being close to various food options and shops. the staff were efficient and friendly, providing excellent service. the room was clean with modern amenities, such as a large shower and a balcony for fresh air.

The hotel was ideally located, according to the friendly receptionist. With transport, attractions, convenience stores, pubs, and take-away restaurants at your doorstep, it made exploring seamless. Guests appreciated the clean rooms with balconies for fresh air. the contemporary design and safe key card entry were highlighted, and the daily room maintenance was commendable.

One guest mentioned the unsealed glass doors in the shower as a privacy concern.

the Riseon was clean - close to good restaurants, and central station was just 2 min away. the nearby light rail offers great value - costing just a dollar for all-day travel. easy check-in and a spacious room made my business trip stress-free.

The beautifully decorated common areas were a joy to relax in, and the hotel's accessibility for us seniors was impeccable, with everything conveniently within reach.

I would wish for a more attentive approach from the children working there when it comes to ensuring comfort for our fellow seniors.

Just stayed at a hotel near the train station to the Blue Mountains. Staff was SUPER FRIENDLY and helpful. Room wasn't great - worse than in pictures.

The room was massive, fully equipped and comfy. the hotel's just right by Central Station which is super convenient for sightseeing and eating out. Appreciated the peace and quiet, but wish they'd tended to the trash bin even though they were stingy on tea supplies. a solid choice for the price, no regrets at all! 👍

The room was spacious and cozy. It had a nice view of the city from the balcony, and the bed was super comfy, making me feel right at home.

The curtains couldn't fully close for privacy, but some may still enjoy the view.

The kids absolutely loved the play area and movie nights, giving my wife and I some much-needed relaxation time. the on-site restaurant had delicious family-friendly meals too!

My wife says that adding more family activities would enhance the experience.

During my recent business trip to Sydney, my director selected Riseon Hotel for our accommodation, and I must say it was a fantastic choice. the hotel offers various recreational opportunities, such as a convenient location close to Central Station and a plethora of dining options nearby. the room was spacious, impeccably clean, and surprisingly quiet thanks to the double glazed windows. I appreciated the presence of three shower/toilets on the floor, ensuring convenience for all guests.

The only minor issue I encountered was the very poor quality cleaning and upkeep of the bathroom facilities.
