As a Nana traveling with my grand daughter, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of by the family-run business. When I thought I had lost my credit card, the owner went above and beyond, accompanying me to the police station for support. the hotel's location is perfect, allowing easy access to the center of the city. We enjoyed the breakfast spread, especially the delicious cakes, fruit juice, and hot chocolate made especially for my grand daughter.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the centre of the old town. It was perfect for exploring all the historical sites and navigating the tight streets of this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with large and clean comfortable rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, assisting us with our heavy suitcase and providing us with helpful tips and information about the city. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great and the breakfast was delicious.
