A different culinary experience

We were pleasantly surprised by the unique and diverse menu options at the hotel restaurant. From feral food signature dishes to camel sausages and emu burgers, we had the chance to try something truly different. The food was well prepared and delicious, adding an exciting twist to our dining experience.

Despite some minor inconveniences like the lack of mobile phone reception and poor wifi, our stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The heritage room we stayed in had a cozy charm, although it was smaller than we anticipated.

We were thrilled with the location of the hotel, right in front of the pub and beside the old ghanrail line at the Parachilna railway station. Not only did we enjoy fancy dining in a beautiful area, but we were also greeted by the manager's husband, who shared his extensive knowledge of the region. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. We loved starting our day with a delicious breakfast and enjoyed the stunning views from the outdoor tables.

The internet connection was a bit unreliable during our stay.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in the beautiful Flinders Ranges. the room was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. the food was delicious and we enjoyed trying unique meats such as camel and emu. We also had the chance to take some great photos of the stunning scenery.

There was no fridge in the room, and the WiFi was slow and kept cutting out. the lack of internet made it difficult to plan our next activities.

I had a unique and luxurious experience staying at this hotel. The setting was incredible, right in the outback beside the old ghanrail line at the Parachilna railway station. I felt like I was stepping back in time. The rooms were 5-star quality and the restaurant had a wonderful menu with unique dishes like kangaroo schnitzel. The staff were very hospitable and worked hard to ensure I had a comfortable experience.

I highly recommend this hotel to all.
