The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation, including the tram and bus to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free travel card upon arrival, which saved us a lot of money on transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a good night's sleep.

That there was only one plug socket in the entire room, which made it difficult for us to charge all of our devices at the same time. Additionally, the pillows were quite thin and there was only one each, which made it a bit uncomfortable.
