I recently stayed at Hotel Van Eyck for a weekend getaway and had a wonderful experience. The proprietor was friendly and made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is a beautiful period building with a stunning spiral staircase. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, and I had a fantastic view of the Belfort from my window. The location was brilliant, with easy access to all the main attractions. The breakfast was delicious, especially the cinnamon bread cake. a truly memorable stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city as it is right in the heart of Bruges. It is very close to the centre and just a stone's throw away from the bustling Christmas Market. The room was comfortable and had a lovely view of the city's iconic Belfry tower. The owner of the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and recommendations for places to visit. The breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options, both savory and sweet.

There were some minor cleanliness issues, such as stains on the cushions and limescale on the showerhead.

The location is incredible, right in the heart of the city. So near to the Christmas Market, in a great area and close to the Market square. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

I had a great value for my money at Van Eyck. The room was clean, comfortable, and full of character. The hotel's location was superb, just a stone's throw away from the main busy streets. The staff, especially Mimi, was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The breakfast menu could've been improved with a greater variety of toiletries in the bathroom.

The room may have been small, but the charming 16th-century interior design made up for it. The staff was welcoming and even allowed us to store our luggage. The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the main square. Our room was clean, and the overall aesthetic of the hotel was impressive.
