The apartment was clean and well set out, making it easy to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. the location was perfect for us as we could easily access shops, food, and public transport.

The balcony overlooking the RSL garbage bins was a bit of a letdown for us.

The room was not only beautiful but also perfectly located on the 8th floor, offering stunning views of Moreton Island and the Glass House mountains. the unit was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. being near shops and restaurants made it convenient to explore the area, with Cafe 63 right in the building and the RSL just around the corner.

The only minor downside was that the internet connection in the database was a bit spotty at times. this did not detract from the overall amazing experience of staying in such a fantastic location.

We've stayed at Proximity Waterfront before and it was great. the rooms are spacious and have everything we need for a self-contained break. the building and parking are very secure, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Alice, in particular, is lovely. the location is also a big plus, with plenty of restaurants nearby. And being close to the jetty made it convenient for our whale watching trip. We even enjoyed the Sunday morning markets. the communication from the staff was excellent, especially since we arrived after office hours. a fabulous experience.

This waterfront apartment is in a fantastic location, right in the centre of everything. It is close to good eateries, the beach, restaurants, and transportation. The foreshore walking area is also very close, providing a beautiful view. The apartments themselves are well-appointed, with amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. The staff is friendly and communicative, providing specific instructions for check-in. The property is also close to a Sunday market, adding to the convenience.

Some of the rooms and decor in the apartments are outdated and could use some sprucing up.

My stay at Proximity Waterfront was exceptional. The location was excellent, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the beach. I loved the warm welcome at Proximity Apartments and the fantastic location near coffee shops and restaurants. The indoor pool and comfy beds were a bonus. our ocean view apartment had drainage issues and a disappointing view. a mixed experience but worth considering for the convenient amenities.

We stayed at Proximity Waterfront for a weekend getaway and were thoroughly impressed. The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to the car. We also enjoyed the surprise of a cafe downstairs. one of the best apartments we've stayed in and definitely a place we plan to return to.

Had an incredible Easter getaway! Loved the complimentary Easter eggs and hot cross buns upon arrival, such a sweet touch. the location was unbeatable- right in the heart of the action with stunning ocean views. the underground car park was so convenient, it made coming and going a breeze.

The air conditioning unit in our second bedroom was extremely loud and made it impossible to sleep. Plus, there were no additional blankets in the room, so we had to suffer through the noise.

I adored the charming decor and cozy common areas, perfect for us seniors to gather and relax. the hotel was easily accessible for us, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.

The friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised when they called to let us know we could check in early because our room was ready. The cleanliness of the apartment and the spaciousness truly impressed us, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, with the beach just two minutes away. Having previously stayed at another hotel nearby, this place has won us over with its overall experience and value for money. We will definitely be returning here in the future.
