The location was convenient, close to transportation. the executive-level room was cozy. the lounge access and anniversary treats were special. the hotel's proximity to major landmarks and events was a plus. the relaxation amenities, like the swimming pool and sauna, added to our enjoyment. Being near iconic spots like Rod Laver Arena and the Melbourne Cricket Ground made our family time memorable.

Our family had a blast at the hotel triplets entertainment area, with the kids enjoying the interactive games and magic shows. The family-friendly atmosphere made our stay memorable, and the rooms were spacious enough for all of us to relax comfortably. Cons: My wife says that more soundproofing in the rooms would be ideal for families.

Convenient location across from train station, making it easy to access the city center. Efficient service at reception and clean, well-appointed rooms. Great for AFL fans with MCG just a stone's throw away. Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. Enjoyable stay overall.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us, as it was conveniently near the concert venue where we went. We also loved the fact that there were great cafes like Cumulus Inc not far away, so we preferred to have breakfast there instead of the hotel. The view from our room was stunning, overlooking The Park in Melbourne. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom that had glass features in four areas. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee facilities.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in East Melbourne. the welcome was warm, and the optional valet parking was convenient. the check-in process was swift and friendly. the room had lovely, warm decor and a great view of the MCG. the location was perfect, within walking distance of all the major sporting and entertainment venues. the facilities and amenities were excellent, and the property was very clean. the staff were helpful and friendly, and the buffet breakfast was amazing. the beds were comfortable, and the down pillows ensured a great night's sleep.

Great location for sports events at the MCG!

The location of this hotel is perfect if you're in Melbourne for a game at the MCG. I arrived just as a large crowd was leaving the stadium, but the hotel staff handled it brilliantly. They had a separate entrance for the game-goers, ensuring a smooth check-in process for guests like me.

Complementary drinks upon arrival and complimentary tea and coffee in the room were a nice touch. the hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and there are plenty of dining options nearby. the gym is well-equipped and the pool area is a great spot to relax.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better, particularly in the bathroom. the towels provided were old and worn out.

This hotel was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the service was phenomenal, and the Spa and wellness centre was exceptional. the Sauna and Jacuzzi were a perfect addition to my relaxing getaway. the outdoor swimming pool was breathtaking and the sun terrace was peaceful and relaxing. the massage services were top notch and the hotel offered an exclusive room with its own sauna. the restaurant was delicious and offered a range of special diet menus. the location added to the luxurious experience, offering a great view of the city.

The only minor issue I encountered was the water pressure and temperature in the shower. this did not hinder my luxurious experience at the hotel.
