We stayed at Davis Avenue for a couple of nights during our trip to explore the city. The apartment interior was tastefully decorated and incredibly clean. We were pleasantly surprised by how warm and cozy the room felt, especially during the chilly winter months. The bed was comfortable, and we had a restful night's sleep. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities. The nearby supermarket made it convenient for us to grab some snacks and drinks. we had a pleasant stay at Davis Avenue Apartments and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Melbourne.

Just got back from an awesome stay near the station in Inner Melbourne! LOVED the trendy rooms and huge windows! Will choose it again. Looks even better in person! 🌿

I spent my New Year's Eve in an apartment block which was conveniently located near a supermarket and public transportation. It saved money and trouble as I didn't have to travel too far to get supplies or return home after a party. the apartment was quite spacious and had comfortable beds to sleep on.

The stairs were narrow, steep, and had no lift, which made it difficult to carry suitcases to the upper floors.

This hotel offers incredible value for money with its affordable prices. The rooms are on the large size, providing ample space for guests. The kitchen is equipped with a proper stove, allowing guests to cook their own meals. Additionally, the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants and close to trains, making it convenient for exploring the city.

All in all, everything was great.

The location of the apartment is excellent! It is very close to South Yarra train station, only a 7-minute walk away, which makes traveling to the city very easy. Additionally, there is a tram stop right in front of the apartment on Toorak Road. The surrounding area is filled with shops, restaurants, and convenience stores, all within a 5 to 10-minute walk. You'll have everything you need within reach!
