This hotel is in a great location - close to shops and restaurants, but still away from the busy areas. The staff is fabulous and always happy to help. The renovated rooms are lovely, with large modern TVs and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is also great value.

There could be more amenities available in the bathroom, such as a fan to keep the mirror from steaming up.

We had a great stay here! The hotel is located in a quiet area but super close to the Pacific Fair mall, which was very convenient. The staff provided outstanding service and friendly help, assisting us with everything we needed. The leisure swimming pool was a nice addition and the garden area was lovely. The electric kettle in the room was a great feature, allowing us to make tea and coffee at our convenience. All in all, we highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in a quiet, comfortable venue where they can receive excellent service.

I recently stayed at Mermaid Waters Hotel and had a fantastic experience. My family and I were traveling together and we were delighted to find a spacious room with three beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. The hotel's location was convenient, with shops and beaches just a short drive away. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, and the on-site tavern and Dan Murphy's next door added to the convenience. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location was excellent for shopping trips and close to the beach. Despite being near a busy intersection, it was surprisingly quiet with no traffic noise. The secure parking was a bonus, and the beds were large and comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious steak sandwich and seniors barramundi at lunch. The receptionists were beautiful and made us feel extremely welcome. The availability of a shuttle bus was unexpected but appreciated. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided all the information we needed. The room was easily accessible, spacious, and had all the necessary comforts. The bathroom had a separate bathtub and shower, and there was plenty of coffee and tea.

We felt at ease and had no complaints at all.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. the bathroom had a strong odor and the bed sheets seemed dirty.
