the staff were super sweet and helpful. the comfortable room had everything, but breakfast was meh. Traffic noise kinda bothered me. Will def go back! 🌟.

the staff was accommodating, the room was impeccable, and the 24-hour reception was so convenient for my late arrival. Although my avocado was slightly brown at breakfast, the experience overall was perfect. Will definitely return!

I had a fantastic stay at Quality Hotel Wangaratta Gateway. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. They quickly provided me with additional pillows and even cleaned my car windscreen. The little touches made all the difference.

we loved the outdoor sitting area for any time of the day at Quality. the lovely pool was perfect to relax by. the staff were excellent, especially the welcoming reception ladies. our room was warm and comfortable with quality bedding and modern facilities. the dinner and breakfast from the dining room were superbly cooked and presented. the complimentary car windshield cleaning was a thoughtful touch.

During my Xmas stay, the hotel was located in a convenient spot within walking distance of shops and restaurants. the free Wi-Fi and on-site parking were also great perks. there were complementary holiday cookies and hot cocoa in the lobby that were a nice touch.

The room was cramped, outdated, and lacked basic amenities like a mini-fridge and coffee maker. the bathroom was tiny and did not even have a place to hang towels.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the town center and within walking distance of all the fast food chains. The staff were very helpful and friendly, providing excellent room service. The room itself was great, with a modern bathroom that had all the necessary amenities. Additionally, there were facilities such as a sauna, spa, and pool that I unfortunately didn't have enough time to enjoy.

The sofa bed provided in the room was slightly uncomfortable and could have been better.

We had a great stay here. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of town near all the fast food outlets, shopping centre and cafes. The service from the staff was excellent from check-in to check-out; they were always attentive to our needs. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. We also enjoyed their leisure facilities including the outdoor swimming pool and wellness centre.
