The beds were cozy and the apartment was well-appointed with a full kitchen, including a dishwasher and large fridge. The location of this accommodation is fantastic, situated on a busy street close to Victoria Gardens shopping centre. It is just on the edge of the city, making it convenient to explore the main streets of Richmond. The rooms are spacious and surprisingly quiet, with double glazed windows. The beds are comfortable and the block out curtains work well. The apartment facilities include a dishwasher and air conditioning, and there is a tram line right in front of the hotel.

It is disappointing that the housekeeping service is not available on weekends.

The breakfast and internet were included, which was a pleasant surprise. The location being just a short walk away from the tram stop was convenient for getting around. Plus, the bed was cozy and provided a good night's sleep.

The room was not as advertised. The promised view was nonexistent and the pictures on the website were deceiving.
