We enjoyed the central location with plenty of dining options nearby. the hotel facilities, including the gym and laundry room, were well-equipped. the cleanliness of the rooms impressed us, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

It was all superb.

cozy stay close to town with attentive staff, exceptional amenities, and thoughtful touches. loved the practical room additions and daily servicing. my kids adored the vending machine. definitely returning to experience the convenient location in ballarat central.

I felt like a MasterChef in the fully equipped kitchen, even though I can barely make toast. the living area had a TV with so many channels I got lost. the hotel looks posh with its courtyard; I felt like royalty.

The room smelled like a breakfast joint.

Although light seeped through the curtains and noise outside disturbed sleep, the friendly staff and amenities made up for it. I just hope my lost jacket from room 112 can be found and sent back. It was a blast for the kids with fun activities at every turn. The staff were friendly, and the spacious rooms allowed us to relax after a day of adventures in Ballarat Central. Cons: In my wife's opinion, a children's play area would enhance the family experience.

Excellent location and modern facilities. We stayed in a spacious, clean two-bedroom apartment. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we didn't hear any noise from other guests. Off-street parking was available, although it could get full at busy times. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
