the staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. the location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby parks for a relaxing stroll.

There were some areas that could be improved. the cleanliness of the room could have been more thorough, with some spots missed during cleaning.

We recently stayed at the hotel focused on family fun, "Hotel Triplets Entertainment", and it was a blast for our big family! the kids loved the spacious play areas and the variety of activities offered. the family-friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating.

My wife says that a designated kids' club would have been ideal.

Super convenient having the dishwasher and washer/dryer combo – made brekky prep a breeze before heading out for dinner in the burbs. Staff were total sweethearts, the vibe was chill, and bonus points for the covered parking making our arrival a breeze. Only bummer was room service seemed a bit hit-and-miss on the daily bed-making and towel refresh. 👍

Always choose to stay here for my holidays. First stay staff helped me search car service. Place has Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, fitness centre, flat-screen TV, business centre, board games. Love the outdoor dining area. I keep coming back, no regrets.
