Additionally, it was within walking distance of many attractions and the free CBD tram service had multiple stops nearby. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were attentive and provided excellent service, taking care of all my needs. The hotel itself was stunning, with high ceilings and a beautiful architectural design. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - close to a tram stop, making it easy to get to football games or shows, and surrounded by numerous restaurants. It's also within walking distance to pretty much everything you would need for a great city stay. Despite being close to the railway, the double glazed windows were quite effective in blocking out any noise. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen for convenience. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The communal spaces in the hotel, such as the library and restaurant, are quite small and can get crowded during check-in and check-out times.

Stayed at the Cozy Service Apartment for 4 nights and it was a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, being just a short walk from Southern Cross Station. There were supermarkets nearby for easy access to food and essentials. The daily housekeeping service was a nice touch, although they ran out of slippers when we requested them. The double glass windows in our executive one bedroom apartment minimized noise from the main road. The mix of a soft and firm bed suited me well, although my partner found it too soft. I would recommend this service apartment for future visits.
