They didn't give up until they found an alternative option, and I made it to my appointment on time. The breakfast offered at the hotel was also enjoyable and had a good variety of food available. I was very satisfied with my stay at Holiday Inn Express and would highly recommend it.

This hotel is great value for money being situated in a good area just off the motorway and outside the city centre. Rooms have very comfortable beds, with the added bonus of a fold-out bed for families. Breakfast is included in the overnight rate and has both cold and hot options, including a Continental selection.

The breakfast could be more varied.

Stayed here overnight before departing from Southampton Docks to the Isle Of Wight. The hotel was busy but very quiet noise-wise. Polite and helpful staff on check-in. Spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed and sofa bed. Good night's sleep and no noise from the motorway. Breakfast had plenty of hot and cold options. a 10/10 experience.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was close to the major road network and also to a nearby family-friendly pub. It was also conveniently located near Paultons Park, which was a great bonus. The breakfast provided was excellent, with plenty of choice and enough to set me up for the day. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing not too like.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Southampton for a short break. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made us feel very welcome, even with our dog. The room was spacious, practical, and clean. The bathroom was lovely, and the powerful shower was a plus. We appreciated the fan in the room during hot weather. The grab and go breakfast was delicious, and the accommodating staff made our stay even better. I would definitely stay here again.

noisy neighbors

Comfortable and well-presented rooms, friendly and welcoming staff, delicious breakfast with a variety of choices. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We visited during the New Year holidays and were pleasantly surprised to receive complementary hats and champagne upon arrival. the hotel's location is superb - close to many attractions and offers easy access to transportation.

Our room was not up to our expectations. the bed was uncomfortable and the room lacked basic amenities such as adequate supplies of coffee, tea, and water.
