The rooms were spacious and comfy, perfect for our large family. the location was ideal for exploring trendy shopping areas and family-friendly restaurants. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our family stay enjoyable.

My kids wished for a playground on-site for more family entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen in the One Bedroom Apartment was a game-changer. I felt like a master chef whipping up meals that even Gordon Ramsay would approve of. the convenience of having everything within arm's reach made me feel like I was on my version of MasterChef!

Loved the quick room change to a comfy studio on the ground floor due to staff's understanding of our needs. Checking in early for the music festival was a plus, and the friendly service topped it off. Enjoyed the clean room, cozy bed, and the convenience of parking right at the entrance. 🌧️ Despite the unexpected midnight false alarms, everything else was spot on. Thanks for the stay!

The hotel offers a convenient inner city location near trendy shopping and restaurant precincts, along with being directly opposite Moonee Valley Racecourse. the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with kitchen facilities, making it a practical choice for travellers seeking a self-catering option. improvements could be made in terms of noise insulation and maintenance issues within the rooms.

Perfect location, walkable distance to shopping areas and restaurants. the two-bedroom apartment was amazing with spacious and sparkling clean rooms. the kitchen was brilliantly equipped with everything we needed to make our own dinners.

The bathrooms were quite small and could be a bit challenging to move around in. the works across the road were quite noisy and disruptive, making it quite difficult to sleep in.

By the time I left, the place was 100x cleaner as I cleaned everything to be able to stay overnight. The location is convenient as it is close to shops and cafes, and it is also close to the main suburban shopping strip with a good selection of restaurants. Additionally, the hotel is located opposite the race course, providing some scenic views.

The windows in some of the rooms couldn't be opened or locked, which can be a safety concern.

The rooms were cleaned daily, which was a nice surprise. We also appreciated the efforts made by the hotel to provide sufficient parking options. The location was convenient for our needs, and the staff were helpful and pleasant.
