The staff is helpful and welcoming, and there are shops and bars nearby for convenience. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable.

In the restaurant, the service was not up to par, leaving us disappointed.

Excellent location, but not recommended for people with mobility issues. Steep hill and numerous steps to pool area. Clean rooms, cleaned every other day. Nice pool with comfy sunbeds. Loved the contemporary decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the beach. The hill was good exercise. Will return.

We had an incredible stay at this aparthotel. the apartments & complex are absolutely magnificent, with a high standard of cleanliness, spacious living areas, and wonderful bathrooms. It truly felt like a 5-star experience. the location is also great, with plenty of nearby restaurants and amenities. We were very impressed and would highly recommend R2 Bahia Kontiki Aparthotel.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! the apartment and surrounding facilities were always clean. We felt safe with 24-hour security. the best part was the location, so close to the beach and shops. We loved being able to walk just a few steps to have drinks in the patio area. It was also great to have a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering.

The walls in the rooms were very thin, so we could hear the neighbors and the early morning noise of the cleaning staff. Another downside was the Wi-Fi access system, it was expensive and didn't work well.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a central area with easy access to the beach, bars, and shopping strip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our 25th wedding anniversary extra special by giving us a surprise upgrade. The rooms were modern, spacious, and clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the pool area, which was safe and great for both adults and children. The sangria served at the poolside bar was also excellent. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly luxurious.

I recently stayed at these modern and spacious apartments for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The sea view from my balcony was breathtaking and the whole surrounding area was beautiful. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with air-conditioning in both the living space and bedroom. I loved being able to relax with a smart TV that had all my favorite streaming services. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast, which was cooked from scratch and absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had an exceptional stay at a lovely apartment in Puerto del Carmen. The location was great, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and the airport. The apartment was modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. The pool area was fantastic, with comfortable sunbeds and stunning sea views. The lifeguard and other staff members were helpful and friendly, making our experience even better. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

During our Christmas vacation, the highlights were the beautiful solarium with cozy seating arrangements and great views, as well as the lovely chill-out areas. We also enjoyed the friendly and attentive staff, who served delicious food.

The pool was often over-crowded, and there were not enough sun loungers for all guests. we found that the lack of music around the pool area was quite dull and lacked atmosphere.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and modern rooms. the bathroom was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. the view from the ground floor room, overlooking the pool area, was amazing. the pool itself was relaxing and very clean, with comfortable sunbeds. the location was perfect, with numerous restaurants and beautiful beaches within walking distance.

Lastly, the check-out time of 12:00pm was unfriendly, especially for those with late flights as it didn't allow for a comfortable departure.
